LECTURE PERFORMANCE BY THOMAS HIRSCHHORN
In a lecture performance, curator Felicity Korn talks to Thomas HIRSCHHORN about his work.
The Swiss artist Thomas HIRSCHHORN sees his works as a call for change and upheaval. With his complex, often seemingly brutal works, he invites viewers to inform themselves, take a stand or even resist.
For Florian Peters Messer, his encounter with the socially critical and political works of the Paris-based artist was an important stimulus at the beginning of his collecting activities. Over the years, he has been able to compile a representative selection of HIRSCHHORN'S works, to which a separate room is dedicated in the exhibition.
The event will take place on 12.12.2024 at 6 pm. Tickets are available here .
